Since 2006, Growth.Insure has been dedicated to supporting insurance agencies across the United States—growing alongside them as the industry evolved through major technological and operational shifts.

The Early Years: Manual to Digital Transition​

In the early 2010s, most agencies operated on heavily manual processes. Paper files, handwritten notes, and limited use of digital tools were the norm. Carriers themselves were slow to adopt modern technology, and many agencies lacked servers, structured data storage, or updated systems.

During this phase, Growth.Insure began offering remote support using basic remote desktop tools. Our team primarily handled data entry—translating handwritten customer information into carrier systems. It was a foundational stage that required adaptability, patience, and a deep understanding of agency workflows.

The Shift: Rise of Digital Tools & Early Automation​

As the industry gradually embraced technology, web-based rating portals emerged, and agencies began adopting tools like Microsoft Office and developing their own websites.

We evolved alongside this shift. Our team upskilled rapidly—learning new platforms, understanding underwriting guidelines, and expanding into quoting and administrative support. What started as data entry soon became structured back-office assistance.

To support this growing demand, we developed our first task exchange platform—BackOffice4Agency—allowing agencies to assign quotes and service requests through a centralized system.

Scaling Support: From Tasks to Systems (2013–2018)​

Between 2013 and 2018, more agencies began recognizing remote support as a strategic advantage rather than just a convenience.

Our platform enabled:​

This marked the transition from ad-hoc support to process-driven operations, laying the groundwork for scalable growth.

The Turning Point: COVID-19 & the Rise of Remote Operations​

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote work across industries. Insurance agencies were forced to adapt quickly.

While the term “Virtual Assistant” became widely used, most solutions lacked the depth and domain expertise required for insurance operations. Front-desk roles disappeared, and agencies needed more than basic assistance—they needed reliable, end-to-end operational support.

Growth.Insure stepped in to fill this gap.

We expanded our services to cover the full spectrum of back-office operations:​
