What are the hours of operation?
Our standard hours of operation are 8:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. For non-critical agency tasks and agencies subscribed to our AgencyFlex package, extended execution windows can be arranged with your agency.
Is there any long-term commitment?
No. There is no long-term commitment or contract required. You can use our services on a month-to-month basis and scale your support up or down as your agency’s needs change. For resource changes or termination of services, we simply request two months’ advance notice. This allows us to plan staffing appropriately, reassign resources where needed, and ensure a smooth transition.
