Our journey began in 2011 under the name Assitance4agency, LLC, with a clear vision to support insurance agencies through reliable back-office assistance. As we evolved, we identified a critical need for a more integrated and collaborative approach to workflow management.
This led to the development of a Business-for-Business (B4B) collaboration platform that facilitates seamless task exchange, process transparency, and operational efficiency. In 2015, we formally launched our proprietary, state-of-the-art agency workflow system as Growth.Insure.

Motivated by this vision, Kiran pioneered an alternative operating model that not only transformed his own agency but also laid the foundation for helping other independent agents grow more effectively.
